The minimum depends on the model, finish and printing. You will find it on the product page in the shop. For a fully custom-made bag, we review the minimum quantity with your enquiry.

With stock, you choose an existing model for us to print. With custom production, we make your bag in our own factory in India, with options for dimensions, fabric, handles, printing and finishing.

Send the model or your idea, quantity, dimensions, logo or design, delivery location and desired delivery date. The more specific your enquiry, the better we can recommend a solution and price.

Certain setup and production costs are spread over more bags. You can compare available quantities and prices in the shop. For custom-made bags, we review the quantity that best suits your project.

Preferably send a suitable vector PDF, AI or EPS file with fonts converted to outlines. For photos or full-colour designs, a sharp file at the intended print size is important. Only have a JPG or PNG? Send it and we will review the options.

For a personalised project, we agree the printing with you using a digital proof. Check the logo, text, dimensions, position and colours. We ask for your approval before the relevant production or printing starts.

Feel free to request a sample. We review which existing or production sample suits your project and confirm availability, any charges and delivery time in advance.

Depending on your bag and design, options include screen printing, full-colour printing, 3D relief printing and all-over printing. The suitable technique depends on the material, artwork, quantity and desired finish.

Our guide times are Express 1–4 days, stock 4–9 working days, own-factory production by air 4–7 weeks and by sea 11–14 weeks. Availability, finish, approvals and transport determine the schedule. The confirmed timing is in your quotation or order confirmation.

State the latest required arrival date in your enquiry. We can then review feasible stock, printing and transport options. Always have a fixed deadline expressly confirmed before ordering.

Scheduling depends on order confirmation, receipt of usable artwork, approval of the proof or sample and any agreed deposit. The terms in your quotation and order confirmation are decisive.

Different materials are available. Tell us which composition or certification you need. We confirm the applicable materials and supporting documents for your chosen finish.
